  I ordered a footlong and wanted salad in my sub and she put in 6 small pieces of olives when i asked for more she said there is a charge i said ok thats fine and i kid you not she added 2 extra pieces and counted them. I laughed and asked are you serious and she proceeded to tell me not to laugh as its subway policy. 40p for 2 extra olives and she moaned and groaned when i asked for more.

  We went to this subway in the middle of the day 12 o clock to be met with a completely empty restaurant, no staff but doors wide open. We had to wait for 10 minutes and shout down the stairs before a staff member finally appeared and served us. She gave us the wrong cookies after we repeated ourselves and had to ask her to swap them as she kept saying it was the right ones but it wasn’t. Then we asked to redeem our subway points as cash and she said they can’t do that even though we had 2700 points and at every other subway they just take it off. really poor service

  Jami is a great staff member and helped me choose the perfect sandwich.. a wonderful sandwich engineer.
