    Came from sheffield for the Alex Warren concert. They initially got my order wrong (which was understandable as it was at a busy time), they then remade my sandwich and gave my younger brother a cookie on the house for the inconvenience. Staff was great and friendly

    Absolutely diabolical service, refused to take my order face to face - my chicken salad comprised of lettuce cucumber and onion - the heated my chicken without asking me - then told me it was my fault - talked down to me like I was a naughty child - this was my 1 meal of the day, and they spoiled it

    A nice place overall, however I’ve bought some cookies today and they were made tomorrow. So seems like they just replacing stickers on old items and not selling fresh ones. Cookies tasted old as well! What a disappointment
