  Bought 2 salad meal deal. We accidentally dropped the empty cup to get our drink. Requested for a new one but the manager didn’t want to replace it. Too tight for just an empty cup- we ended up sharing drinks. This was a pain as we didn’t like the same drink so had to wait until the other finishes to reuse the one cup. Not a great experience.

  Ordered on Deliveroo but the order got cancelled accidentally the girl who called from the store was lovely and rectified it straight away. Thank you for amazing customer service

  The lady who was serving yesterday (31st Dec) was really lovely - I want to say her name tag said Steph but I can’t remember completely! Super lovely and smiley which is rare nowadays.

  Ordered 3 pack of rainbow cookies, received 3 pack of macademia nut cookies, which I am allergic to, this could have caused an allergic reaction, not worth the risk

  Fantastic staff !! My daughter has a seizure while waiting for her subway while on a shopping trip with her friend. Thee staff couldn’t do enough to help her at a very busy time. When her mom went to thank the manger he said that someone had complained and said she should have been moved out of the way. So the manager was fuming and refused to serve her. I’d just like to thank the staff and everyone for understanding on the 22nd December around 12. The staff are a credit to subway
