  Arrived at 1620 today and was hoping to order and feed my baby. Woman on till was stood speaking to an older gentleman stood out of the que. they was speaking and laughing for ages and didn’t even question I was waiting. I soon shouted back “no one’s serving I’m not buying anything from here” For the arrogance of the staff, Starbucks went on to gain our custom

  Went to Subway in Crown Point, absolutely shocking experience! 🚫🤢 They got self checkouts now, I wasn't sure how to add certain things so I asked at the counter. The manager Jodi started kicking off, She had a proper bad attitude, about putting it in the self check out order. Treating customers like dirt just because we didn't know 😡 which is not acceptable If they can't even do the basics, they don't deserve my custom! Proper letting the brand down. The place was filthy! Tables dirty, everything just disgusting. Proper put me off Subway completely. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 going to take this up with her management and franchise owner and see if this is acceptable. And the food? Bread didn’t taste fresh 🥖❌ Got the Italian Herb and it didn't taste right at all. Even the nachos were stale! 🥔🚫 Only good thing was the cheese and the box that the Nachos came in, never coming back with that experience Avoid this place . Total waste of money. 👎

  Went in and ordered, my toasted sandwich didn't even come in one piece I had to put it together like a jigsaw, bathroom was disgusting and one of the workers shut the door in front of me and friends as we were leaving

  Since self service this place has gone down Hill .Been today ordered a tuna and cheese and salad hardly ant tuna and cheese basically a salad sandwich .Husband ordered filly steak he took it back as he thought they had forgotten the steak the staff put some gloves o and put his fingers though the sandwich to show there was the smallest bit of steak .Thats it will never go in again disgusting service .

  Popped in for a quick bite at 4:20 on a Sunday, they’re to shut at 5pm so a bit confused why all of the food is being put away already and some of the tables are getting cleaned for closing, with the chairs being propped on top of the tables at merely 4:30, I’m assuming, to deter customers from eating in and maybe others even from ordering, not a great look with staff being in such a hurry to finish.
