    i live close to this subway and it has always been good however ever since these new staff have been working they don’t let you eat in 3 hours before they close because they want to clean up. sometimes they close earlier than they should and the service is horrible they don’t greet you or speak to you and since they have had kiosks they just say you can order there only.

    I had a really frustrating experience at this Subway. I ended up waiting 25 minutes just to be served, while staff repeatedly prioritised delivery orders over customers who were actually in the shop. It felt completely unfair and poorly managed. The lack of attention to in-store customers made the whole visit a disgrace

    The whole point of subway is that you can customise your food. How do you propose to do that via new ordering kiosks? How is staff supposed to know how much sauce/seasoning I want or the ratio of items I prefer? It also takes forever to add the order via kiosk to then for staff to still take time to make it.... It's so counterproductive when you can just do the ordering and making at the same time. Also, the kiosk automatically adds a bag at checkout that they are charged for yet the staff convinently forget to give it to you at the end and say it's optional. If it's optional, it shouldn't be automatically added at the end. No wonder this subway is always dead. The whole experience is always awkward and long in this branch
