  Ordered online, for an hour it said subway were making our order so someone's obviously accepted the order. When it was due to be delivered they cancelled it. We walked down to see the place closed up, lights off. A staff member was less than helpful and came up with multiple excuses from the delivery driver cancelled to the girl got sick so couldn't make the order etc. Wouldn't have minded as much if we were told what had actually gone wrong.

  They never accept an order. Just cancel it. No explanation, just cancel. If you can’t do it, stop offering it as an option.

  Was served by a young lady called Lucy today, i could tell she was very busy but she was happy to help and had great customer service. Our sandwiches were made perfectly and gave us napkins which I thought was a nice touch. Will definitely visit again!
