  Don’t usually waste time writing reviews, but I feel this “service” can’t go without comment. Came in for something as simple as a jacket potato, only to be served by someone who clearly had no idea how to make one. She looked like she’d rather be anywhere else, and even the act of putting food together seemed like a massive ordeal. Apparently, customers are expected to pay the price for staff not having the most basic training. I was about to be charged for two meals instead of one without being asked, of course and then had to watch her struggle to figure out how to cancel the mistake. She was consistently rude throughout, as though serving people was beneath her. To make things even worse, she missed half of my sauce and decided to give me three meatballs instead of four. It’s the small details that really highlight how little effort was put into the whole experience.

  it was a late evening and i was served by a dashing gentleman by the name Ethan. At first glance i was very impressed by his uniform and how nicely he treat me, he then proceeded to make (no exaggeration) the best sandwich i have ever eaten. I would highly recommend his own sandwich that he makes and that he should become manager one day.
