- SJsamantha jamesonApr 28, 20261.0went here a few times been served by many different people some more helpful than others but one person in particular at the York avenue subway was Holly she was very rude and condescending to me and my daughter who has a visible disability and wanted to order by herself for the first time holly was very inpatient and rushed her to the point she didn't want to place the order anymore and has lost any confidence in ordering now and feels ashamed in herself all because of one woman who couldn't be bothered to enforce good customer service skills let alone any form of good communication. if you want to be served by someone who is going to treat you with the respect anyone deserves get served by Liam he is very friendly and approachable he is an asset to the team will only come back if he is working or someone like him. not a very happy mom
