    I wanted to take the time to leave a proper review because the level of customer service I’ve experienced here genuinely deserves recognition. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, efficient, and well-organised—but what really sets this place apart is the team, particularly Alex, with a special mention for Jay. Alex consistently delivers an outstanding standard of customer service. It’s not just about being polite or doing the basics right—it’s the attention to detail, the professionalism, and the way situations are handled that really stands out. You can tell there’s real pride in the role. Every interaction feels considered and genuine, not rushed or transactional. There was one occasion where there was a slight issue with an order—not something major, but enough that it could have easily been brushed off. Instead, Alex took full ownership immediately. The issue was listened to properly, acknowledged without any defensiveness, and resolved quickly and professionally. What stood out most was that it wasn’t just about fixing the problem—it was about making sure the overall experience ended on a positive note. That kind of approach shows strong accountability and a real understanding of what good customer service actually looks like. Jay also deserves recognition here. There’s a clear positive influence across the team. Jay brings a calm, organised presence, and it reflects in how smoothly everything runs. Staff are well coordinated, communication is clear, and there’s a noticeable consistency in service—which doesn’t happen by accident. It’s also worth mentioning the corrective actions taken when things don’t go perfectly (which, realistically, can happen anywhere). Rather than ignoring issues, the team addresses them properly—remaking orders without hesitation, double-checking details, and making sure customers leave satisfied. That level of accountability is rare and genuinely appreciated. Overall, this is one of the few places where you can rely on both quality and consistency every time you visit. The team clearly care about standards, and that makes a huge difference. Big credit to Alex for setting such a high standard, and to Jay for helping maintain a strong, well-run environment. It doesn’t go unnoticed.
