Worst subway I’ve ever been to. Such slow service my sandwich was squashed whilst the guy tried to cut it
Usually love subway but wow this one was terrible new staff needed or retraining for sure

Told them not to cheese and toast it they then cheesed and toasted it and I told them I said no they said they wont redo it

I’d give zero stars if I could. Never stepping foot in here again, my nachos were cooked then thrown upside down into a box. Didn’t realise till I got to my staff room to eat them. Was just a mess inside, wouldn’t even feed them to a dog. And they were stone cold. Took it back for a refund and was told to wait while she served other customers first. Manager was in the back but didn’t come out. Absolutely disgusting

I have been here lots with no issues however had a really rude member of staff today.
I asked for a roast chicken footlong, to a staff member called Lilly (black and red hair and glasses). She started preparing my sandwich but put rotisserie chicken on it. I said sorry I asked for the roast chicken, she said it is, I pointed to the roast chicken and said that was the roast chicken the one you have used is rotisserie chicken.
She didn’t change it and put it in the toaster, I checked the app while in the queue to confirm I was correct in saying roast chicken was the sliced chicken chunks. Even though this has been my usual order for years so I knew I was correct. I told her what it said and she said it doesn’t matter what’s on the app .
I then spoke to another member of staff working on the till / salad part. I asked him what type of chicken is on the sandwich, he said it was rotisserie, I asked to swap it and he did it without question, he was decent and friendly enough.
However Lilly, kept making sarcastic comments loudly so we could hear.
-“I’ve been looking for a reason to get fired anyway”
“Who wants a chicken sandwich he should have asked before I made it”
Even after I was sat down and she was in the back of the shop she kept loudly complaining about me to the other staff I felt very uncomfortable. It didn’t have to be handled like.
