  Ordered 9 milk chocolate cookies for me and my friends they gave us 7 cookies with half chocolate half yellow m&ms. None of my friends like m&ms so we won’t eat them .

  1-Star - Extremely Disappointed I had a terrible experience at this Subway location today. The employee, a short Asian man, was incredibly rude and unhygienic. He didn't change his gloves between orders, causing major cross-contamination, and left my sandwich sitting out while he worked on online orders. When I mentioned it was getting cold, he flippantly said they'd just "warm it up," which is a food safety violation! He also put the wrong cheese on my sandwich and then threw it back into the container when I pointed it out. As someone with autism, the whole situation was incredibly stressful and uncomfortable due to the lack of hygiene and his hostile attitude. This employee needs serious retraining on food safety and customer service. Avoid this location if you value cleanliness and respect.

  I had a really lovely experience with a worker called Vanshika, she was just so chipper and friendly from the moment I walked through the doors and we had a lovely little chat. Her service was just amazing and I left feeling really happy.
