If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a triple cheese footlong dipper & I get a soggy sorry excuse of a "dipper" in return. £2.59 for what is the equivalent of a 6inch wrap rolled up, a footlong is completely misadvertised! More sauce than cheese but then again there's more wrap then there is cheese & sauce combined!! The number provided isnt even connected so trying to call them is impossible - ubereats are useless despite sending photos of what I recieved their AI chat box seems to know better

love Subway... but I absolutely hate this branch!!!!!
How is it that every single time I come here, the staff move like they’ve got nowhere to be? It’s meant to be fast food, yet it’s consistently the slowest lunch stop imaginable.
Last week I came in on my lunch break (which is one hour, by the way). There were four people ahead of me. Just four. I ended up standing there for 20 minutes. One member of staff serving, another in the back washing up. The queue was clearly building and there was zero urgency.
Instead of jumping in to help serve customers, the second staff member decided to sort out the till. Then — unbelievably — left the shop entirely to go to the petrol station to get change, leaving one person to handle four orders alone.
Customers standing there on limited lunch breaks should be the priority. Banking and change runs can wait. The lack of urgency and basic customer awareness is frustrating beyond belief.
Every time you walk into this place expecting “fast food,” you get the complete opposite. Slow, disorganised, and no sense of priority.
Sort it out.

Excellent Subway experience. Doesn't quite make full stars on service or atmosphere but this isn't due to the staff - simply where the store is located and the fact they do get some foul, unfriendly people in there.
Otherwise, fine store with decent service.
