  I am writing to report a highly disappointing experience at your establishment. The employee working at the counter was incredibly rude and made us feel entirely unwelcome, glaring at us as if we had done something wrong. Furthermore, she openly complained and expressed frustration when we simply tried to scan our loyalty barcode. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I hope you will take the necessary internal actions to address this behavior.

  Worst service by Bengali Asian beard guy . They are no materials to make sub sandwich if we ask why they put little he said we were busy . Very rude behaviour and we asked to put his review he said don’t worry he doesn’t care and this is second time he behaved like that.

  I work as an Uber delivery driver, I come here to collect an order and I ask if he has my 2 orders ready, his response was I don't know....I found that very unprofessional and annoying, it's your job to know ??? Rather than say I don't know shouldn't you ask me the order number? I corrected him and for that I got a bad review left for being unprofessional....like seriously? Who hires these people?

  Joke, the delivery took over 1.5h, all that time was waiting for it to be prepaired, it arrived colod. They have disconnected their phone so deliveroo can't cancel it
