    Very disappointing experience at this Subway. One middle-aged male staff member behaved very rudely while we were placing our order. He kept rushing us and showed no patience or basic customer service. Ordering food should not feel stressful. The rest of the experience was okay, but the staff attitude really spoiled it. Hope management improves customer handling and professionalism.

    Best Spicy Chicken Shawarma I’ve had at Subway—finally proper spice and flavour. The service was great and they made it really well. Definitely coming back for this.

    I had a frustrating experience at this location. The women behind the counter, who appeared to be of Indian origin, refused to pack my sandwiches separately despite me asking multiple times. I ordered the same type of footlong sandwich and simply wanted them wrapped individually so they would be easier to eat. Unfortunately, my request was ignored, which made the whole experience disappointing. Better attention to customer requests would really improve the service.

    I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The staff member who assisted us was dismissive and spoke in a condescending manner, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Additionally, my coworker was not allowed to order the sandwich he requested and was given a different substitute without clear communication. To make matters worse, the sandwich we received was cold and watery, which affected the overall quality. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both customer service and food quality.
