    Food was rushed. Most of the filling was on one side, had to tell them to spread it out

    Was overcharged... I did mention before paying that the total amount seemed incorrect - was assured it was correct. Asked for a receipt, was charged for a completely different sandwich but told it was the same price... manager(?) then queried what I had in the sub (I'd ordered a set recipe so you can't change it anyway) and proceeded to reluctantly give me a cash refund. No apology - just made me feel like an inconvenience for asking for my money back on something they'd overcharged me for.
