Not worth the money or time £30 down the drain. Sub melt was burnt. Nachos was soggy. So they remade it and the food was in newly made food was in the same condition as the first time. surely the manger or owner should of checked the food before it left the store as the staff are obviously incompetent and noone seemed to care. Bad customer service and bad managment. If i wanted to eat charcole i would buy it from b&m should of got mcdonalds would of been cheaper and nicer. When questioned why the Nachos went soggy really quickly the answer i was given was ‘you should have eaten them whilst hot’ thats fine to say if you provided seating for the customers.
