  Staff were rude upon arrival as I don’t want to use a terminal to order my food. This place has gone downhill I don’t recommend going here.

  Absolute joke of a place. Walked up to counter to place an order, was told I had to order from the online kiosk. Simply asked if could order at the counter, was told no, he was busy (there was no one else in the store). I walked out. This shop was closed for a refurbishment recently, it will be closed again soon!

  Terrible, won’t let you use points and offers at the same time even though every other subway does and the subway app allows you to load both at the same time. Sandwich makers are always really stingy on sauce and ingredients leading to a bad sub 90% of the time. Used to be my regular but gone downhill in recent months and two ladies that used to be the only ones that could make a good sandwich seem to have left. Also never allows app orders prior to arriving. Will not be returning!
