  Ordered on Uber eats, turned up quickly. Hence the high service rating. The food (which inc delivery came to nearly £12!!!) was a joyless paste of an attempt at a sandwich. Barely even food. The meatballs were completely tasteless, not warm, despite having it toasted and only 8/9 minutes in a car to deliver. Will not be ordering from, or visiting this store again. Nearly £12 for a 6 inch sandwich, crisps, a drink and a cookie is diabolically expensive for the sheer lack of any quality involved!

  We ordered via uber eats and all of our food was stone cold, which is tolerable with the sandwich's but sides of cheese bites and garlic bread was inedible. The subs themselves had an strange sour taste to them and didn’t taste fresh at all, despite ordering first thing in the morning

  Ordered a chicken tikka sub received a meatball sub! I'm allergic to red meat and pork. Phone the shop and received an argumentative lady who said they never made a meatball sub... so how have I received one?

  An absolute disgrace. Ordered on just eat which was accepted and said it was being prepared. As the time got to the quoted delivery time, my order was suddenly cancelled. Total waste of time, if they had no intention of delivering the order then why bother accepting the order - it's now approaching 9pm and I need to find somewhere that will actually honour their orders.
