  No filling sub! I bought a rotisserie style chicken sub and a footlong pepperoni slice. The entire cost of my order was almost £11; the sub contained no meat or cheese. I had to repeat my order four times. It wasn’t busy at the time. I would definitely recommend using an alternative branch, as the service at this branch is diabolical.

  Just visited (I am a regular customer with my 2 children) and never had any issues, today was a different story, from the pace of the colleagues serving a group of men before us (when 1 of them said the toppings were wrong I was mortified that she then removed the toppings after toasting it leaving egg on the bread and was going to continue ro reuse the bread to correct the order, of course he declined and asked for a fresh one) then our turn finally came. ordering for my 2 sons firsstly she cut the bread 2 different sizes so I had to ask her to swap 1 out for the other bit she has put bk in the fridge, felt like I asked for the world and took her a while to grasp what I wanted. then to go through my kids orders that they ALWAYS order for her to abruptly tell me he couldnt have pepperoni, I asked why ive never been told I couldnt before she then said I can show you on the till, I said I didn't need to see the till just wanted to understand why I was being declined on a topping that every time we have visited not had a problem in ordering, even if she just kindly explained that it would incur a further charge, but no she was very direct and said you cant have that, so I decided to leave, ive drove further away to a Subway we do not normally visit as the 1 round the corner is more local to a very pleasant colleague who explained that pepperoni was 60p extra, which is perfectly ok, the lady in the 1 where I finally walked away was argumentative, dismissive and rude, im a retail manager and have worked in retail for 21 years and can only advise you that this colleague needs some coaching in customer care and service. 2 separate interactions for customers directly after each other indicates this being a common theme. this needs to be looked into. After waiting a good 15 minute also was just unacceptable.
