  Ladies working are polite. The store doesn't acknowlege the subway app so if you order anything with the idea of using a promotion on the app it'll be accepted through the register and then the male manager will try to scam you by waiting until you're about to pay to take over from the colleague and remove the offer to charge you full price, despite no sign or telling you before your order. They'll lie and say it's pickup only despite it saying to scan in the restaurant but if you order online you'll then be charged things like a bag fee that you don't need. Seems like a lot of people get mislead and they'll try to guilt you into paying more, since the orders been made, without telling you a reason why. Better to order in the main centre for a good deal.

  Why participate in the subway club points when it's only online? Also, their subs were priced higher than other subsay.

  Had a 20% offer and free item on rewards app, in-store showed the woman at the till she refused to accept it, tried to get me to order online instead, staff are not informed well or don't know how to put stuff through the till, service is ridiculous here.
