  The manager and all the staff super friendly. This is our preferred subway and drive from windermere as often as we can even though others closer. Fresh tasty food .

  Honestly the worse subway i have been too. No red onions Tried to order a side of nachos’ he didn’t understand/ didn’t want to make them so I gave up. No meat for BMT. Ordered the sweet chill chicken to then get to the sauce part no sweet chilli sauce? Awful customer service. Didn’t want my sandwich in the end but felt obliged.

  Ate here recently and the staff member on duty was working completely on his own, yet still doing everything he could to serve customers as quickly as possible. One customer began complaining loudly, insisting he should be served first and questioning why another couple were ahead of him unaware they had placed their order on the tablet about ten minutes earlier. The employee calmly explained the situation and even apologised to the upset customer despite having done nothing wrong. He handled it with real professionalism and kindness. A genuinely lovely person and a real asset to the business.

  Honestly the worst service I have ever had in a subway in my life. The first sandwich was cold by the time the second one had been made.
