    Ordered through the user app for what I thought to be collection after I arrived there I had a notification saying I'd called to cancel my order wich I did not. Did not receive my sandwich or money back.

    Every single time i order food from here they get it wrong. This was the last straw I will never order from here again until there is some notice that they have changed staff or management, I ordered the 12 cookies with my meal and they missed it out completely. One time they missed out 2 hashbrowns, another time they didn't add the extras i paid for, and once they didnt even get the basic order right. They never heated the meat up in the salads whenever i got them and ticked that option. Awful subway.

    I ordered a large order through the app. I used this option because I was pressed for time. I went in and found that the order wasn't ready. The man working there initially claimed there wasn't an order, but he checked and it was. He stated that someone had taken the order. He laughed when he said this. It was strange behavior. I asked what to do next, saying that my money had been taken, but he completely ignored it. Finally, after a while, he started preparing my order. When he finished, he threw the bag of food away without even apologizing or saying goodbye. I don't want to go there again after such disrespect and laughing in the face of the customer. I don't recommend the service!
