  Another Subway branch ruined by self-service tills. You have to queue whilst the person in front is trying to figure out how to order the sandwich they want. Once you’ve done ordering you then have to stand around waiting for your number to be called. Everyone preferred the process before where you got to witness your sandwich being created in front of you.

  Staff really needs to understand the meaning of hospitality. Not a huge fan of sub any way, but the incidents of not treating customers could be avoided.

  Went for lunch here on a quiet weekday and I thought the food was great. They have recently refurbished the interior and they have added new self ordering kiosks that are easy to use. The food was served quickly and it was hot. Would eat here again when in Junction 32!

  Entered store at 18:21 and went to use the kiosk, got told it was take out only due to shutting soon. I asked if it wasn’t 7 but was told by Steven the manager that he needed to mop the floor. And he would serve us at the till direct. I get you want to go home, not an issue, but don’t rush the customers 40 mins before closing. I tried to speak to Steven about this and he brushed me off saying that he never said we couldn’t sit in. He rushed my son during selecting his sandwich and my wife and I have gone else where. Overall service was appalling but his sandwich skills appear ok to me son.
