Staff are so rude. It will be hours before their closing time uey they get so annoyed when you come to order food?? I went at 5:30pm and nobody is here all talking in the back I’m stood waiting for 5 minutes then someone comes and ask if I’m alright ?? Like obviously I want to order. I ask to order a sub and she looks at her phone and huffs. Didn’t toast my bread even though I asked so I then said please could you toast it she puts it in and doesn’t wait for the timer a few seconds go by takes out doesn’t speak or acknowledge me. Skips the sauce until I mentioned. Always the blue mall subway!! Instead of opening so many subways in the mall focus on the staff!! Everytime I come everyone is so rude. Also what’s the point having kiosks if u can’t order at them just turn them off??

1 star for staff attitude today at around 11.11.30 am. attitude from discustion. food was OK when I got to eat it as getting dirty looks from staff as I asked about the drink range in the fridge ( nothing in fridge to drink but pepsi about 10 bottles. service from staff very poor. atmosphere not good with the staff that was on the way they speak to customers was discrimination to human rights

I was here yesterday with my 2 kids & unfortunately I got very slow service which isn’t the worst thing but the person serving me just looked dazed and confused. It wasn’t the biggest or complicated order but this person serving looked so confused. I actually asked the person where they Ok but their reply was a big sigh?
Then I got overcharged at the till by £2 but if I am honest I was to embarrassed to question it?
I will visit a different subway next time.

I've noticed at every single subway right.. they do everything even take cash with the same gloves on,I mean they even rub there gloves over the counter to clear any food droppings off,,tut tut ,they made me a sandwich 🥪 with chicken and bacon in,,but were going to use the same gloves for my daughter and she's a vegetarian ha,she asked the girl to change gloves 🧤, this go for all subways the staff are all the same..
