    I ordered through the app and I mistakenly clicked on pick up instead of delivery. There was no way on canceling so we rang up and the man was super rude and said I cannot cancel, get a refund or change to delivery.

    Ordered 2 footlong subs on uber eats and when the order came there was one footlong and a 6 inch, we double checked the receipt and it definitely says 2 footlong subs, my mum called the shop and the first time the worker hung up on her as soon as she mentioned she had a complaint and the second time she called in they said we had to contact uber eats as it's there issue, however don't know how it's there issue as subway make the sandwiches and the uber eats driver only deliver what they are given from the shop. Not happy at all with the customer service we received from the staff member we spoke to and definitely will not be eating from there again.
