  Sooooo slow, im sat here now, ordered 1155 its now 1218, then get told no sauce (honey and mustard) not a huhe deal, but took a long time to get to me... Nacho fries cheey and soggy Crinkle fries chewy and soggy No salt and pepper or crispy bacon even though requested on machine The footlong not even cut in half, it was an absolute mess that i had to fix when i got home as more was on the outside than the inside.. i was number 13, at 1201 they called number 10 (first number order called since i got there) so not busy.... Its my Second time here, long wait before and no mayo, very slow, no customer service, absolute useless.... no care for customers or service at all...been served faster in a busy restaurant....

  Very incompetent staff, seems like they Dldont have a clue what they are doing. Took ages to make two sandwiches

  Despite clear direction from the new 'self service' kiosks the subs I just got were substantially lacking in what I asked for. Missing ingredients. Missing mayo. Poorly made product that I had to fix at home. Rude, disinterested staff who were more invested in chatting to each other or listening to their earbuds than doing their jobs. I won't be back.

  Cookies was raw and not even cooked. The steak looks weird doesn’t look like meat and is in squares. I don’t know why when you are for salad items they put the bare minimum on - so frustrating
