    When you go in and try to order food the staff always say you have to use the terminals and wait for your order to be made. I understand the lazy logic of it but it's incredibly annoying using those terminals and I can never get the subway rewards to work with it. I also thought the whole subway point is that you can talk to the staff member making your sandwich so it's how you like it. The main problem I have with it is online orders and other people that make an order quicker than you then get preference and I have to wait much longer for my order than if I wasn't denied in person service in the first place. Anyway it has put me off using Subway. My order was missing parts of it this time and unless I hover around waiting and guessing when they do my sandwich, I won't know if it's actually correct. I'm not going to bother going back if it stays that way. I've never had this issue in another store.

    got 2 of our subs wrong, and they forgot all 6 of our cookies. also took ages to arrive and was cold. cannot fault those waffle fries on a hangover tho my god they are so good. but not happy about the wrong fillings or forgotten cookies AT ALL!

    Fancy Subway? Don't. Turn around and go Côte Barasserie in Cathedral Yard, get some actual food; the fable mushroom baguette with french onion soup dip is out of this world. I promise you will not regret it! Or stick to Subway slop, no skin off my nose.

    Just went in and got a footlong order 0116 and I'm missing 3 of the salad options I picked to be in it.. I also bit into something and thought it was plastic at first as it was tough, but it was just the outside of red onion that was brown that probably shouldn't have been added.
