  A guy claiming his name is "Josh" just managed to provide the worst service we have ever recieved anyway. Slammed ingredients down. Refused served of customers, and was absolutely rude to everyone who came in. Including uber drivers. Took place around 2:40am 25/05/2026. Avoid is you want to be absolutely abused. Would be worth going to McDonald's or any other fast food restaurant service. In my opinion, this "Josh" is not in the right trade at all. He would be more suitable in a back of house cleaner, where he has very little customer interaction.

  didn’t answer my call, AI help bot is useless, no drivers no option for a refund and delayed by over and hour. why let me order it if there’s no good process of getting it to me?? just don’t allow orders if you can’t do it surely?

  My friend ordered a sandwich from the restaurant and I hopped into his order for 3 cookies.. ONLY 3 COOKIES MAN! Order was delivered an entire hour after promised and guess what? No cookies, genuinely depressed me massively. Friend had a refund but no refund can replace said cookies, very angry and at my tipping point right now.

  Service appalling. They concentrate mainly on deliveroo and just eat orders before they serve customers in the shop. There was no eye contact with the waiting queue off at least 8 people. Just ignored us as if we weren't there. They gave us no contact at all not even an apology for keeping us waiting.

  Three times in rhe last week I have come in when the store is busy and everytime I have been served quickly with a smile by Liv. What a credit to the company. Perfecr service
