  Very rude staff told her that I wanted a meal deal and when I told her about it she just said didnt hear and no apologies. Really wanted to end her shift quickly telling to choose quickly

  Very disappointing experience. The staff were rude and unhelpful, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. I had purchased food and simply asked if they could add some sauce, but they refused and didn’t seem willing to help at all. I also ordered a meatball bowl and there was barely any cheese on it, which made it feel poor quality and not worth the money. Overall the customer service and food preparation were far below what I would expect. Hopefully management can address this because the service definitely needs improving.

  Disappointing experience today. I clearly ordered a vegan patty with cheddar cheese, and while the server nodded in agreement, the sandwich arrived with no patty at all. The lack of attention to detail and poor communication made for a frustrating meal. I hope the team can improve their order-taking process.
