    In order to save 5 seconds per transaction for their staff, they've introduced a screen that takes at least 60 seconds of their customers time and results in more mistakes. It's the CEOs that should be on £5 per hour, not the workers.

    I cant believe how incompetent this staff is. Let me sit there for 20 minutes waiting for my order that they forgot to process., three people there standing around and they don't see 1 out of three orders they have. Good staff Subway well done!

    No receipt in the machine to order and the error code which tells you this appears over your order number so you can't read it....... Absolute genius. The monitor telling you where you are in the queue also does not work. You must be making a fortune at this location so maybe fix the issues?
