  Manveer was absolutely brilliant, accommodating give us separate boxes for cookies he is the best worker subway I have ever had give him a raise he deserves it thank you so much

  servers were so kind and professional despite the three drunk girls that decided to harass them 🥹 it was both of their first weeks but they both managed to stay calm and collected in the face of the situation. so sweet and made my experience so much better! came in the early hours of thursday 30th april around 2:30am :)

  This is the saddest little Subway shop in Durham. A flickering roof panel light, decor that could do with being refreshed, no option for POST mix drinks, no visible fridge for bottle drink selection. The food is standard Subway fare, can't really go wrong with that, although cutting the footlong sub would have been appreciated.

  I wish I could give this place negative 10 stars, worst experience of my life, horrific service, no control of the queue of customers whatsoever, terrible service at an insanely slow pace, ended up leaving without purchasing after 45 minutes of the queue not moving an inch. “fast food” is disgraceful. I am recommending AGAINST this place, and I will never purchase from subway ever again.
