ordered chicken tikka footlong on 22/03 at around 6 in the evening. Chicken was stinking, found it really weird. Couldn't eat half of what i ordered as my stomach went ill. wont ever order again!!

The sandwiches are lovely - however this review is solely about the payment method - card only! Very disappointing after having being a customer at this subway for many years and being able to pay with cash. Not good. Until such time when/if cash is phased out everywhere should be accepting cash as it is still legal tender. Not just subway. Everywhere.

Refused access today around 4ish because the worker wanted a fag outside check camera as a customer review worse service by the lad serving at this time yesterday afternoon 24th feb, went in after he had time to have his fag obviously must be new company policy for this, the lad infront getting served ordered and the man didn’t even ask him if he wanted salad he did ask for spicy sauce which the worker replied there was none so I pointed it out to him the worker said well it’s wrapped now, then I got served by same worker who was very rude didn’t even ask me if I wanted salad the image I’m about to show is want he give the food was cold I don’t even think he kept it in oven long enough the worker charged us 18 pounds for hardly nothing couldn’t believe how rude his attitude was towards us. Check cameras mangers need to retrain him in customer service never have I been treated in such a manner he was working the afternoon shift had no name badge on. It was 24th feb around 4pm couldn’t believe the way he acted as a customer reviewer this was below standards he wasn’t even bothered either please check your cameras this action will be taken further and reported to the right places couldn’t believe this man’s attitude towards us, obviously doesn’t like to do his job properly, poor service poor food and customer service the worst I’ve ever seen

Always seems to be something wrong with this place. Today, they didn’t even bother to let me know that my sandwich wasn’t going to be toasted and had to do it somehow myself.
