  Ordered 2 footlong meal deals which were cancelled on Justeat. Changed their status to "not currently taking orders" Attempted a second time when they were back online and chose to collect in case they were having delivery issues - cancelled again. Tried calling to find out what was happening, diverted twice then eventually must have turned the phone off to avoid calls altogether. Not happy with the time wasted trying to get my pregnant wife some food she wanted.

  Ordered a subway and went to go pick it up and they said no order went through apparently. I showed them proof that I ordered it from this subway and they said it does not matter we don't have the money so we can't give you it. I asked if they would call the stores around the area to ask if it's been ordered there just in case and they said no its not our problem so I lost 26 pounds and left with nothing

  Very small, busy at lunchtime with students becomes crammed if you want to sit and eat in its awkward. The staff are very fast and efficient though. Very friendly too. Drink machine was only offering limited options too.
