    Ordered here and had to cancel my order, so we rang up so they weren't making an unnecessary order. Lady on the phone was incredibly rude and said cancellations had to be done on the app, when we tried to explain that the app wasn't working, we got even more attitude, were told we weren't allowed a refund before the lady hung up. Absolutely awful customer service

    Ordered online to get delivered I was sent the wrong sandwiches so I called the woman was rude and said she would get a manager to call me next day then before i could say anything else she hung up on me I never got that call I tried all say to contact them about my order and can't get any answer

    Incorrect hours falsely advertised. Myself and my partner turned up at 6.59pm to try and get something for our tea and through google and the time sticker on the shop door which both said closing was 8pm. The worker shook their head and moved a chair behind the door to stop us from entering. We understand the restaurant needs cleaned and other closing jobs need to be done, however not over an hour before the aforementioned advertised closing times.

    Would have put zero stars if I could ordered online to this store by accident, then rang up the store to try and cancel in and was greeted by a very rude woman who said to cancel it on the app I had already tried, then rang back and she hung straight up and left the phone off the hook so we couldn't ring again

    The service was very disappointing. The staff member seemed rushed and didn’t properly listen to what salad or sauce I requested. For a £5.30 sandwich, I expected much better—especially since I didn’t receive any of the sauce or salad I asked for. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this store.
