  Unfortunately had to remind the lad after having in fingers in the till handling money to change gloves. I dont think he knew that you shouldn't put your dirty gloves in the salad. There was staff watching over and no one told him to change then so had to my self. Shouldn't be handling money then food with the same gloves. Terrible food hygiene practice. Ideally you should have one person on the till and someone else making the food. 1 star onky over hygiene the food was edible but I wonder how dirty the salad is

  I ordered online & they cancelled my order 3 times! Each time I substituted the “missing item” and resubmitted only for it to be cancelled again for a different “missing item”. Please explain to me how a subway doesn’t have bread, salsa or pepperoni?! The lazy staff clearly cancelled the order because they couldn’t be bothered to make it.

  The large ginger lad working at the front was extremely rude, not a single smile, had a horrible attituide like he was talking too dirt and rushed everything, overall 0/10, food was decent, subway was already failing and now I definitely won't be coming back.
