  Subway waffles fries are jaw droppingly poor. Soggy, flavourless and stodgy… buy crisps instead. The person serving them was nice though.

  I haven't been to subway for years, and whilst waiting for my next train I thought why not. I have to say, it is definitely the people that make experiences. My server Simon is such a great guy. He has amazing customer service and is happy making your day a little brighter. A big shout out to Simon, thank you for being a legend and I hope you get positive recognition from managers.

  I paid for a sandwich, and the service I received was extremely disappointing. The staff member informed me that my order would be prepared, but then left the premises and closed the restaurant without completing it. As I had already paid, this was unacceptable. I am now awaiting a £12 refund. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I am unlikely to return in the future.

  It's 6 45 and the guy would not serve me even though they don't shut until 7 already think you need to retrain your staff
