    Order from this subway yesterday on just eat. Ended up with food poisoning from the sandwhich.

    I visited the Subway at Doncaster Lakeside today 10/04/26 and had a very disappointing experience. Firstly, we were overcharged for our order. When we politely questioned this, the staff member was extremely rude and dismissive, stating there was nothing he could do and showing no interest in resolving the issue. There was no attempt to check the bill, apologise, or offer any kind of solution — it felt like he simply did not care. The level of customer service was honestly the worst I have ever experienced. His attitude and language were unprofessional, and it is difficult to understand how someone with such poor communication skills is in a customer-facing role. There were also concerning health and safety issues. A young girl, who appeared to be related to the staff member, was riding a scooter around inside the store. This is completely inappropriate and poses a risk not only to customers but also to the child herself. On top of this, the service was very slow, which only added to the frustration. Overall, this was a very poor experience. I would never return to this location and strongly believe it needs to be looked into.

    If you love your life, then stay away from this store. I had a footlong subway on Friday morning 6th March 2026. After having the food I got food poisoning very heavy fever from noon onwards the started diarrhea same day night. It is happening second time. In the first time I ignored it, but this time, I am paying back. Please stay away from this store.
