  Staff are miserable, don't have any customer service skills, cant operate their tills and overcharged 3 simple meal deals... then refused to correct their issue blaming it on their operating systems and then while we were eating came over shouting at us for our attention rudely and then continued to talk about us behind the viewing and what was meant to be earshot of customers while other customers were also present... absolutley diagraceful... would love to name and shame the rude members of staff but the uniform were messy and name tags not on show or really worn out... better of going to Greggs on the same estate.

  We have been here a few times in the past and todays (02/12/25 12:00) experience will be our last. There was on older lady serving us who needs to work on her customer service. She didn’t look at us once and anything we asked for seemed an inconvenience. I asked for jalapeños in my baguette and had 4 of them counted and placed in there. My partner had a salad box which was half filled. When we asked about blue light discount the remark back seemed very sarcastic. Very disappointed today
