  Food tasted good but ofc I’m not always that awkward when it comes to subways but attitudes of the staff was terrible, when I opened the wrapper to my subway I thought stevie wonder had ago at building it because it was falling to pieces, they gave me 2 slices of cheese? Since when did subway get so tight?? Wouldn’t recommend going, go McDonald’s instead.

  Today 04/04/2026 at 16:54:28 i visited your store on the way back from a travelling fair ground close by. As I walked past the window I seen your employee and we made eye contact. I walked through the doors and into subway and she had disappeared within the 5 seconds from seeing her and entering the store so knew she hadn’t gone far. I waited and as a few mins went by I started saying hello? No reply, so I approached the petrol station workers and ask if there’s anyone running the service in subway and she replied “yes there is she was there but I don’t know where she has gone” so i continued waiting saying hello anyone there? No answer, so I asked a different petrol station worker where the person working in subway was. He came into the store and knocked on the fridge door and said her name (no louder than I had been saying hello so it was very apparent she was ignoring me and hiding from me) she came out and immediately knew I was there and said I’m just doing something in the fridge because my manager just told me I needed to do something (even though she was the only person working subway at this time) She Went back inside and then came out 2 mins later. When she came out she immediately had an attitude as if me being there was a problem for her saying oh I can’t hear nothing in there even though no one had told her I had called out for her but she knew because she heard me. This made me feel really unwelcome and uncomfortable, it’s just weird behaviour in all honesty. I still purchased a sandwich because I had a lengthy travel home but instead of asking if I was taking away or staying in she told me it was take-away only. I don’t think acting like this is acceptable and she made it very obvious she was hiding and ignoring me. I have attached a receipt from my visit to identify the time I visited and who served me as customer service definitely needs to be improved.

  Expensive Luke warm coffee and the price seems to be different each visit, mostly increasing, think will not bother in future.

  A delicious sandwich - ham, cheese (not toasted), tomato, cucumber, ketchup :-)

  Great new looking Subway, friendly staff and very need sandwich too!
