  The service was absolutely excellent; the food was superb, served at the correct temperature and in generous portions. Despite the high volume of customers at lunchtime, the service remained prompt. The manager and the female staff were truly outstanding.

  Always go here and never had a problem. Have always had a really good experience, never waited too long and always been served promptly. New staff seem to be there and as of late I find myself standing in a non existent queue waiting to be served for 20 minutes. I used to work at subway and the expectation is you serve those who wait in the queue first and do the orders online as you go. I will not be coming here again after the last few times I have been in I have been expected to wait longer than necessary. I completely understand being a busy establishment especially since I have worked at one myself but at the same time there is level of expectation to be met and that clearly isn’t what’s been happening. I already waited 20 minutes and was told I was going to have to wait a further 20 to even be acknowledged or served. 40 minutes for a sandwich? I don’t think so pal. I’d rather have a cold maccies than wait 40 minutes. Not happy.
