Planned to eat in but the shop stunk
I felt like the worker was more focused on chatting than making my food and had to wait 3 minutes to get served even tho I was the only person in store bc she was busy chatting

I entered the store to purchase the saver sub meal which should cost £4 because the store displays that price. I wanted to redeem the Subway app promotional offer which provides a complimentary meal upgrade to receive three meals at no cost. The employee performed suspicious actions with my order when he asked me to choose between 'wrap or flat'. I ordered the triple cheese SAVER SUB which can only be served as a sub but I let him continue with his work. I felt too timid to dispute my order with him so I received three cheeses which were wrapped in a tortilla without salad and cooking options.
The cashier rejected my app promotion which I presented to him before I made my payment. I actually paid £4.87 for my purchase even though the displayed price showed £4. The amount represents a ridiculous sum for me because I currently work as a jobless student who depends on financial aid. I received extra charges for products which I neither requested nor desired. The triple cheese saver sub requires bread and vegetables according to the Subway website (Subway.com, 2025). The free meal upgrade failed to function for me. He described his difficulties in achieving operational success. PROPER EMPLOYEE TRAINING IS REQUIRED FOR ALL WORKERS.
The station subway system provides a superior service which makes this your worst subway experience. I will never return to this place again.

My husband and I went in today to get sandwiches. The woman, whom I assumed was the manager, was friendly, but she was chewing gum in front of the customers. It wasn't a pleasant sight at all. She was chewing gum while making the sandwich. The staff were very slow and seemed clueless. I don't think I'll go there again.
