Only allowed to order through the self service, asked for extra mayonaise on sandwich which was charged at 40p and was not put on! After waiting half an hour for a bone dry sanwich couldnt be bothered to complain.
The self service machines should have an ETA on your order as i did not have half an hour to waste waiting for a poorly prepared luke warm sandwich.
I will never use this place ever again service is shocking.

Worse staff experience i have ever had in subway, the staff forcing customer to order from the machine despite the manual machine was working, worse experience i have ever had in any subway in the whole world. Customer is first this store need to get it, anyway i will not come to this subway ever. Good luck for this staff who runs the owner business.

Terrible service. I came to this restaurant for the first time and was waiting for an attendant while looking at the breads and ingredients for my sandwich. It was my first time at Subway and I wasn’t sure how it worked. The attendant saw me and ignored me for about two minutes, then rudely said, “Have you already ordered at the kiosk?” I said no — it was my first time and I preferred to order at the counter — but he refused to take my order. If you work with the public, you need to have more empathy.

This is the 2nd store i’ve used where they are now self service machines. I’m not sure what the idea is of the machines, as in my experience, it’s certainly not speed or accuracy of service. My receipt when I completed my order for 3 salads was date stamped at 16 minutes past the hour, a full 30 minutes later & my order was ready & we discovered at home that elements of the salads requested where missing. There was 3 instore orders before us, none large, so why so long…….the answer is probably that online orders are taking precedence. Service was so much quicker & more food received more accurate when you can actually speak to a staff member. The shop was fairly busy by the time we were eventually given our order, so I cannot imagine the length of their wait. We were on the cusp of cancelling our order when our salad boxes arrived. The self service machines for me in a Subway don’t work as i’m sure they should to provide a better customer experience. The 2 experiences i’ve had have definitely put me off Subway for a while.
