  After ordering online my order was sent wrong as it had items on both my subs that I never asked for or even like the stuff they put on. After spending £34 on food I didn't like I rang up to see what has happened and the girl on phone couldn't cars less and just fobbed me off saying I need go contact Deliveroo as there was nothing she could do. Well it wasn't Deliveroo who made my food and got it wrong. Well needless to say I will not be using Subway again with this absolutely diabolical customer service.

  14/3/26 at 6.15. Some trays empty. Unhelpful staff. Bread was hard. Very meagre fillings of cheese and salad. Didnt eat as not at all enjoyable. Not the usual standard.

  Just had a really nice refreshing experience here. The guy working alone was really pleasant and had great manners. Fantastic customer service which is unusual these days :) 19.40pm 5/02/26 - didn't get his name!
