  Last Tuesday (14/04), I ordered a veggie patty footlong, a 6-inch veggie patty with hash browns, and nachos. I really appreciated the packaging—usually, the sauce and salad fall out as soon as you open the sandwich, but this one was perfectly packed. I’m really impressed with the service and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the County Mall Subway! 😊

  Firstly, this women got my order wrong and when i told her it was wrong she sighed, rolled her eyes and gave me a dirty look. Once i got my order i said thank you and she rolled her eyes again. Once i sat down with my order half the things were missing so i went to the till and said it she then rolled her eyes again and snatched it out my hand. The entire time she didn’t communicate. Horrible customer service she deserves to be fired.

  As everyone else mentions, the portions are a joke. You order double meat and get less than you would with a regular anywhere else.

  I recently visited a Subway branch and had a generally good experience. The staff were friendly and served me quickly, even though it was fairly busy. The sandwich was fresh, and there was a good variety of fillings and salads to choose from. The store itself was clean and well-maintained, which made it comfortable to sit and eat. The only downside was that the queue took a bit longer than expected, but the staff handled it well. Overall, a reliable place for a quick and tasty meal. I would visit again.
