  Never known staff to be so rude here. Okay I made a mistake of not clicking toasted on my app order and that’s fine, I said it didn’t give me an option but clearly it asks at the bread section. So apologise I’m not used to ordering on the app. YOU could have just offered a little help rather than being rude would have been great. No but your staff ‘kuba’ needs to up his customer service skills. And He seemed so angry and frustrated with me over something so small. Mistakes happen in this day and age, we are all human. I didn’t come at you and say oh I ordered it toasted, I simply came back to ASK if you could toast it. There’s a difference in my approach and your approach could have been better. In my 4 years of coming here. I am disappointed. It was not that busy for you to use it as an excuse. Please learn to have a better approach in future. This is for your own sake, nobody else’s. Does the owner of the shop know that you lack customer service skills? Because there are many people out here looking for a job. After all that you microwaved my sub instead of saying no sorry can’t toast it now. It was as easy as that easy.

  I am a regular customer at this store the team all work hard which is obvious, premises are always clean and presentable. Yash is always so super efficient he runs the place even when they have busy periods they still deliver excellent customer services. Nishant Jay Dixit and the rest of the whole team are Brilliant one loyal happy customer keep up the great work you Substars😃

  Stopped by Subway and had a smooth experience and staff were friendly and quick, and the place was noticeably clean. Sandwich tasted fresh, lines moved fast, and the vibe felt tidy and welcoming. Solid pick for a no-fuss meal.

  Just grabbed a quick bite at Subway on Far Gosford St, Coventry, and it was a solid experience! 😊 The staff were super friendly and attentive, and the place itself was spotless and it felt really clean and tidy. Food was fresh, and the sandwich was made just the way I liked it. Good portion size too. If you're in the area, it's a solid choice for a quick, healthy bite 👍.
