  The staff was so nice. I got a meatball sub with chips and drink and cookie. The food was fresh and the staff was lovely and fun to talk to!

  Lunchtime - 1 couple at till being served. 1 female employee loitering behind counter (maybe trainee?!) unsure as she said nothing to me at all! Another employee appeared at the back and asked if I was being served finally! Very nice girl. However, not another employees in sight, in fact we joked that she seemed to be alone. Then another employee came to finish my order as they’re supposed to do in that tag team style. Some of the salad veg was being kept too cold and I could see it was frozen in places e.g the cucumber, red onion and lettuce. I then went to get a dispenser drink which had no concentrate in. Who checks quality in these franchises?

  I only gave one star because I received the right drink and chips. My question is, what happened to my salad! Can I have more salad with my salad please? It looks like a child that hates their veg made it. Subway should be ashamed with this and the portion sizing for someone having a salad for lunch. This was not a snack but a lunch on so far the hottest day this year. I defo want a refund for this sorry excuse that you call a salad.
