    Not usually one for leaving reviews but i am shocked with how this particular subway hands orders out to their customers. Ordered two tuna subs one which was plain and another which had salad,sauce,jalopenos. When it was delivered both of the tuna subs where plain which obviously i was quite upset about as i was looking foward to it and i like my food with a bit of spice. When reporting this i got a refund of 4 pound? Last time i checked a footlong sub was not that amount so i am quite dissatisfied with the whole experience and this is not my first time i have encountered an issue as reading the reviews it seems the staff cannot be bothered. The fillings in the other meals where half way full very stingy with toppings.

    Waited 30 mins for food, they serve every customer before a collect a machine order, so jump in the queue to skip the queue, they ignore while you stand in the collect bit, oh and the app placed the order at the wrong place so don't use that either, I didn't get refunded for that one, the other restaurant I rang said they can't cancel it or refund it

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS Amazed Subway allows such a shambolic establishment to operate under its name! The order system is completely nonsensical using screens akin to those in other fast food outlets. Being told not to order at the counter as would be typical in most other subway stores…. This lead to waiting approximately 25 minutes in what was a very quiet store. Then we turn to the actual food, both sandwich’s had stale bread whereby it appeared the staff had simply tried to toast it so much to mask the staleness it was over-toasted and like munching on a piece of flakey driftwood. This was not helped by the abhorrent lack of filling. I have never in my days come across such pathetic portion sizes with barely any meat and a pathetic amount of salad to boot! Perhaps this is why they do not allow you to order at the counter, to prevent people pointing out the dismal filling amounts whilst the sandwich is being prepared! Overall a horrific experience, though from reading other reviews it appears this is a fairly common occurrence! DO BETTER
