    i am utterly disappointed and dissatisfied… i placed an app order at this store 20 minutes before my pickup (more than enough time to prepare my food i was even late picking it up) as i walked in i apologised to the employee for being late and explained i was there for an app order. she was shocked when i said this as she exclaimed unprofessionally that she thought “the other girl had done it” it was a completely empty and she was sat in the back when i walked in. she quickly rushes to make my order and points to the front and tells me to grab a cup and fill it up. i grabbed a cup from the first stack of cups i saw, filled it up and sat down while she made my order. when my order was finished i only realised as she practically shouted that i had the wrong cup. i was extremely confused as i didn’t see a difference in the stack of cups. i asked what was wrong and she said i got a large cup and rolled her eyes at me. this level of attitude shocked me as i was very obviously oblivious and i blanked on what to say she then dismisses me by saying that i have technically stolen and that her manager will shout at her and not me i immediately apologised and asked what to do as it was a complete accident and i didn’t even realise subway had large cups. she tells me it’s fine and the tells me off like i was an naughty child telling me to never do it again. this gave me the impression that she obviously thought i made this mistake on purpose. realistically if this was such a risk considering there is little to no difference between the cups she should have handed me the cup or just kindly directed me in the first place to the right cup. this whole ordeal ended up making me late to work as i waited nearly half an hour in total to receive an app order in an empty store. i also work in hospitality and understand the job can be stressful however i would never display such unprofessional and unnecessary behaviour to a paying customer who clearly made a simple mistake. extremely poor customer service.

    We travel regularly between Chorley and the north east of Scotland. Visiting different subways on route. Buckshaw is by far the best one we visit. The staff are all brilliant and cater for our needs. The manager Anthony appears to have a good relationship with his staff and customers. The shop is always clean and welcoming. We have never had cause to complain and wish I could say the same about other franchises. Please keep up what you are doing.

    Young woman with red hair and piercings, couldn’t catch her name tag, seemed to be working on her own. Had a queue of 10 people and online orders at the same time, was very polite and apologetic about the wait but served everyone as quick as possible, with zero help.
