  They need to fire that manager instantly. The fact they haven't after all these horrible reviews is insane. Clearly his managers are awful too to keep him. Never mind how he treats customers he treats his staff absolutely awful. I have never seen someone verbally abuse their staff the way he did. He needs gone and seriously investigated too.

  Never ask for double anything if ordering remotely (subway app, just eat, uber etc.), they never actually do it but still charge you for it. They similarly seem to skimp on filling if you dare use a voucher or any kind of discount. When ordering in store, it takes longer than you would expect because they seem to prioritise those remote orders, and you usually have to tell them to put more than 4 pieces of lettuce on a footlong. I'm sure they'll blame the economy or something, but only smearing a micron-thick film of tuna on a sandwich is criminal.

  Becoming a joke this place ask for a doubled up chicken and cheese salad and it’s half full barely any salad on sandwich Won’t be returning again stop hiring young staff if your not gonna give food value for money

  Just practically got told to get out of subway in Chorley retail park for having a laugh with my friends but also the staff member serving the salad 🤣🤣🤣 Jheeze the guy with a hat serving the bread today (wish I got his name) told me I’m complaining in front of customers and it’s not very appropriate! Wow! I was having a laugh asking if something was running out of date as I didn’t know they did crispy onions in subway and it had a sticker on saying Thursday! 🫣🤣🤣 Some people need to learn customer service skills and have a laugh 🫣🤣🤣 Subway Chorley sort your customer service skills out Subway🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣 very rude
