  Staff are really blunt…they could learn some manners. No interaction or customer service…I’m paying for my food, you’re not doing me an favour . Another customer asked to use the toilet and she was told it was out of order…it wasn’t. She couldn’t be bothered opening it. Another criticism is the way they treat delivery people - really rude and hostile towards them. I genuinely felt sorry for them to have to put up with that 😡…overall, I’d avoid

  very rude service, very unhygienic all around eating area and disgusting toilets coverd in stuff i dont even want to talk about , didnt wear gloves or wash hands after or before making food and didnt wash hands after cleaning the toilet.and telling us to hurry up so they can close. How much did

  I ordered chicken tikka rap from the store today nearly 1 in the afternoon . It was a collect order . Didn’t take much time for me to oreder and collect . I collected the food within 10 mins apart I ordered. Feeling very disappointed and unsatisfied with the temperature of the food. It was very cold . Feels like directly taken from fridge and served . Putting this review to inform this drastic fault from your store and try to maintain good temperature for others . Thank you

  Ordered via the app in advance but it appeared on arrival that other customers that walked in behind me had priority in being served. No communication from staff, rude and unhelpful. Wouldn’t use again.
